Price and execution
A single reference price can change and is not necessarily the best available market price. A price limit may prevent execution. An order may fill in full, fill in part, or remain unfilled. The illustrative dashboard is not evidence of live execution quality.
Waiting and skipped windows
Orders collect until a crossing window closes. Market conditions may change during that time. An asset may be halted or its reference price unavailable, so a window may be skipped. The selected wait-or-cancel policy determines what happens to an unfilled amount.
Privacy has a defined scope
The DarkpoolFi concept is sealed orders until execution. It does not promise total anonymity or that every related action is invisible. Deposits are screened and aggregate window volume is published on a delay. The full live security and privacy model must be documented before launch.
Technology and access
Software, networks, external price sources, and connected services can fail or become unavailable. Asset trading may be restricted in some locations. Future access will depend on supported markets and eligibility; this preview does not establish permission to trade.
