What We
Don't Hide
A venue that hides orders should be clear about everything around them.

Screening is a funding control. It is not a claim of regulatory approval, licensing, or anonymity.
Public volume is delayed.
Total volume for each window is published after a delay. The public tape is always labeled delayed; it does not reveal orders waiting in the current window.
Withdrawals aren't gated.
The protocol is designed to keep withdrawal access open. Funds committed to an order are released by cancelling before the cross or through its result.
One price isn't a best-price promise.
Orders for the same stock cross at one outside reference price. The price is shared; it is not guaranteed to be the best available anywhere.
A window can be skipped.
If the reference is unreliable or an asset is halted, that asset's window may not cross. Nothing fills. The unfilled amount follows your selected policy.
Availability has limits.
Private trading of these assets is not available where restricted. Asset access and eligibility will be confirmed before live trading launches.

The dashboard currently offers an interactive preview. Prices, balances, orders, and fills there are examples. No funds move and no orders reach a market.
